Account and order data

We use contact details and sign-in identifiers to authenticate customers and provide saved addresses and order history. Completed order and payment records may be retained where required for accounting, tax, payment disputes, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.

Location data

The app requests precise location only when a customer chooses current location or adjusts a delivery pin. The confirmed address and coordinates are used to validate delivery eligibility and calculate the delivery fee.

Notifications and marketing

Operational order communications are separate from marketing. Email news and offers are optional, off by default in the app, and are not required to place an order. The current customer app does not register a push-notification token.

Account deletion

Customers can initiate authenticated deletion from the app's Account screen. See account deletion information for the deletion and retention process.
