Delete your Gallery Pizza account
Delete in the customer app
Open Account, choose Privacy and account, then choose Delete account. The app will ask you to confirm your identity before deletion.
If you cannot access the app, contact Gallery Pizza through the contact details on the website. We will verify that you own the account before acting on the request.
What is deleted
Your account contact details, linked sign-in identifiers, marketing preference, saved addresses, active baskets, and account sessions are removed or anonymized.
What may be retained
Completed order and payment records may be retained only as required for accounting, tax, payment disputes, fraud prevention, and other legal obligations. These retained records no longer provide access to a customer account.
